Our RENT TO OWN Program requires NO CREDIT CHECK and is available for ANY trailer at our Dealership.

All that required is:

1. Proof of Residency within 60 days Acceptable Bills: Electricity, Gas, Sewage/Trash, Water, Security Alarm, Cable, Internet, Cell Phone, Land Line, a Monthly Mortgage statement, a Monthly Home Rental bill, and Health Insurance Bill
2. Customer's Registration Card & Insurance Card (if reg & insurance card is not in renters name - that person must be added as 2nd applicant)
3. Down payment (1st month Rent, Security Deposit & Doc/Reg Fees)
4. A Valid Driver’s License

There is no penalty for early payoff. If you decide to pay your balance off early, you will receive a discount in doing so. You can select 24-, 36 or 48 month terms.
